version 25.10.3 (10/21/2025)

  • RaceMeter now also supports an internal LTE modem, which can be installed directly in the device. A special card is added to the Wi-Fi router board in the device (the Wi-Fi router in RaceMeter is designed for this) and an internal antenna is connected to it. You also need to have a SIM card with a data plan inserted in the device. RaceMeter then has an internet connection almost anytime, and no additional external box or connection to a Wi-Fi hotspot is required. When the LTE modem is activated, an additional page is available on the display that shows information about the status of this modem, and by pressing both buttons simultaneously, it is possible to turn the LTE modem on or off. When this feature is activated, the Wi-Fi router configuration is also expanded, and you can set the configuration data for the LTE modem.
  • I have fine-tuned the functioning of all agendas so that after adding, editing, or copying an entity (chip, race, racer, chip log, etc.), the position in the table is set to the record of the given entity and this record is marked.
  • I added the option to click on the finish times of individual sections to the Measurement Details page, which displays detailed information about the times and durations of individual sections for a selected racer. In this case, a page with a list of chip logs for the given racer is displayed, and the chip log corresponding to the given time is marked and highlighted. This functionality allows you to quickly find the chip log that determined the end of a given section.
  • A minor fix to the functioning of RaceMeter on mobile devices, i.e., those with limited screen size.
  • In the dialog box that appears before printing, the option to print the “current page” is now unavailable if the table being printed is not paginated.
  • When switching table modes (from paginated to non-paginated and vice versa), the current position is saved and the cursor is set to this position in the new mode – i.e., the same row is selected.
